Ms. Maready's journey in the construction industry started in 1977 when she sparked an interest in all aspects of the business - estimating, purchasing, and project management. With Ms. Maready's constant leadership TEX/AM has developed a reputation of honesty and integrity, continuing to provide competitive pricing and quality workmanship. In the beginning, TEX/AM performed electrical work with various prime contractors. In 1989 TEX/AM became a corporation and expanded into general contracting, successfully marketing to the Government and state agencies.

 

 

 

CHRISTOPHER S. DIXON - OPERATIONS MANAGER

Mr. Dixon has over 30 years of construction experience. He is responsible for the coordination of TEX/AM’s projects from inception to completion. He has developed and maintained a working relationship with TEX/AM’s superintendents and key field personnel that continues to motivate the team to successfully complete projects of various sizes and complexity. He has been involved with all forms of construction projects and delivery methods including new construction, renovation, fixed price, design-build, and emergency repairs.

 

 

 

PAUL E. SCHWARZENBERG - PROJECT EXECUTIVE

Mr. Schwarzenberg has over 30 years of construction experience involving various project types and delivery systems. He recently committed to TEX/AM in August of 2014 bringing an assortment of clients, subcontractors, and vendors. Paul has completed several types of construction projects including new construction, renovation, fixed-price, design-build, and emergency repairs. Mr. Schwarzenberg is an integral team leader, dedicated to prompt quality workmanship. He is responsible for estimating projects, and managing client relations, subcontractors, and equipment suppliers. 

 

 

 

DAVID D. PASCUA, JR. - GENERAL SUPERINTENDENT

Mr. Pascua has 30 years of construction experience and has been a member of TEX/AM for over 25 years. He started his career in the trades working in the carpenter's union. His entire career has been hands-on working directly on construction projects. As the TEX/AM general superintendent he oversees several projects at one time with the help of his assistants. He directly supervises all job site activities including direct hire workforces, subcontractors, and equipment suppliers.
